We are seeking experienced professional accountants/bookkeepers who take pride in their work and are ready to become part of a fantastic team with at least four years of experience.
All Professional Bookkeeping Associates must have integrity, objectivity, competence and a reliable work ethic. Our Firm is structured to provide leadership in achieving high quality professional performance while maintaining the concept of individual responsibility.
As a PBA you will be a part of an accounting team, so you’re never without support. A Client Manager will establish procedures for all accounting tasks so you’re able to assist the Client with clarity and effectively accomplish all your tasks within the time frame provided.

A PBA may be responsible for:
- Completing all accounting / bookkeeping duties for a business.
- Accounts Receivable
- Collections and minimizing unpaid receivables by providing verbal and written communication
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Accounts Payable.
- All Payroll tasks, which includes any necessary communication with staff supervisors and executives.
- Administrative & compliance tasks.
As a PBA, you’ll be a member of the A BottomLine Co. team and in addition to your bookkeeping related duties, you’ll be involved in providing solutions to our Clients and one of the greatest things about working for A BottomLine Co. is you’re never without support. When you don’t have the answers, your team members are there to support you.
Our policies and procedures designate Client Managers for consultation on significant ethical, technical and industry questions. The policies and procedures are designed to assure that Clients receive the best professional services we can provide. We expect our Client Managers and Professional Bookkeeping Associates to identify and resolve all important Client issues.
The job requires more than five years’ experience with QuickBooks, or a QuickBooks Pro Certificate or Degree in Accounting or Finance or a Certified Bookkeeper with at least 5 years of related experience. Candidate must have problem solving abilities, broad software knowledge, and excellent written and oral communication skills. We have a team approach to provide high quality client services and need individuals who have excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrates quantitative and conceptual analytical ability. Outstanding customer service and a professional demeanor who is proficient in Microsoft Office applications and works effectively under pressure with strong time management skills and is able to multi-task and to meet competing deadlines.
